n Die Diebin (The Thief) Sandra Speichert played Lana, the thief
of the title, who uses numerous disguises. Most of these were a change
of wig and clothes but two were more complex. Part way through the film
she appears disguised as an old lady: this looks as if it was accomplished
mainly by using an older actress as a stand-in but Sandra is also seen
wearing old lady makeup immediately before unmasking. At the end of
the film she meets her lover at the airport disguised as an airline
clerk: this is a classic mask-trick with the clerk being played by a
different actress (note the change in eye colour).
