One article said ugly has become Shaye's specialty. And after Mrs Nuegeboren (Dumber & Dumber), Magda (There's Something about Mary) and Mrs Dumars (Kingpin) who can argue. I wonder if they will ever do a director's cut of Mary including Magda's nude scene (a seven and a half hour makeup job). I'll add images from the other movies soon.
